Employment Solutions are part of the First Logistics Group and have been in operation for over 10 years, having been established in 2001 which the intention of supplying permanent and contract engineering and manufacturing staff to the North.
Following a management buyout in 2007 the company is lead and ran by Carolyn Frodsham and Neil Davies who still are actively involved in hands on recruitment.
In 2011 the company took the decision to move to Bury from Manchester City Centre. It was felt that manufacturing is outside the city centre and as a result, we can now take advantage of our location to supply an excellent quality of service to our clients and candidates.
The past decade has seen a phenomenal amount of change both within recruitment and the industries we serve. Despite this, we have managed to remain at the forefront of recruitment within our sector and still actively recruit for many of the same clients that we did at our inception.
We have proudly partnered with top British manufacturers in successful engineering recruitment. The candidates that we have provided have played a key role in helping these companies grow into large operations.
