An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HGV Mechanic in the Blackburn area. This role is perfect for a skilled individual looking to join a supportive and dynamic team. Hours- 37.5 hours day shifts
This role would suit a qualified HGV Mechanic or Fitter with a passion for vehicle maintenance and repair. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to work independently. This position is perfect for those who take pride in their work and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair vehicles in compliance with DVSA regulations
- Perform MOT preparation and licence inspections
- Carry out general engine repairs and truck/trailer maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Work both independently and as part of a team
