Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues with fitted fridges, including occasional off-site assignments
- Lead and mentor the fridging team, ensuring high technical standards
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for fridge installations
- Collaborate with customers to determine refrigeration system requirements
- Support the technical team in optimising fridge fits on new and existing vans
