This is a dynamic role for a marketing professional with over 2 years of experience, seeking to grow their skills across multiple marketing channels. Reporting to the Group's Head of Marketing, this role will be critical in executing marketing strategies across two group companies. The Marketing Campaign Executive will work closely with sales, operations, and commercial teams to implement and measure marketing activities that drive business growth and customer engagement for both businesses.

Top 3 Focus Areas:

  • Execution of UK go-to-market communications for candidates, clients, and customers across both group companies.

  • Support campaign management for each business, ensuring alignment with their unique goals.

  • Assist in the execution of financial year marketing strategies in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and sales teams.


Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, ensuring effective execution for both companies.

  • Assist in managing marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget for each business.

  • Coordinate email marketing activities, including creating and maintaining customer journeys, audience segmentation, and managing automation.

  • Assist with paid media campaigns, from creation through to reporting, ensuring continuous optimization for both group companies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party agencies to ensure consistent messaging across multiple channels.

  • Regularly update and maintain the content on the group's websites (WordPress) and sales support materials.

  • Assist in event coordination for both internal and external company events.

  • Conduct performance analysis and provide actionable insights, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing to optimize marketing efforts.

  • Support the group in responding to online reviews and managing social media feedback across multiple channels.


Experience Required:
Essential Skills/Attributes:

  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, with hands-on involvement in managing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

  • Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing, including automation and segmentation.

  • Knowledge of paid social campaigns, from setup to performance analysis.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Competency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.


Desirable Experience:

  • Experience working with Bullhorn CRM and Force 24 Marketing Automation Platform.

  • B2B marketing experience, particularly in recruitment or technical services.

  • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.


Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education or a marketing-related qualification is desirable but not essential.
