Key Responsibilities

• Blend mismatches and break edges according to drawings and specifications using hand and power tools.
• Position parts on worktables or polish them manually with polishing machinery.
• Achieve proper finishes by following finish samples and working surfaces around polishing wheels.
• Perform tasks such as deburring, hand-scraping, and mechanical polishing of parts.
• Use production work orders, documents, drawings, and specifications to meet production requirements.
• Inspect parts for conformity with specifications.
• Report defective equipment, materials, or faulty operations to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate written and visual manufacturing records.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or lead.
