Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take full ownership of our product offerings. This role involves delivering new and existing products to market, developing the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, and managing the product lifecycle from conception to obsolescence, ensuring it meets market needs.

Who This Job Would Suit:
This role is ideal for a commercially astute individual with significant experience in product management, particularly within consumer products such as interior, home appliance, lifestyle, or home automation products. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, adept at managing cross-functional teams, and skilled in market research and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership for the product range within the company, managing products throughout the full life cycle from conception to market.
• Develop business cases for new products and improvements.
• Generate and manage the New Product Development Funnel.
• Create core messaging and positioning for products.
• Report progress to the board of directors.
• Liaise between Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Production departments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Product Manager position or similar
• Experience working within household products, injection moulded plastics or textiles (interior, home appliances, lifestyle or home automation products.)
• Degree in Product Design, Marketing or similar.

Salary: £50k - £60k (dependent on experience).
Location: Hyde

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm, Mon-Friday.
