An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a dynamic team, overseeing projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget, utilising their expertise in project management, effective communication, and problem-solving to navigate complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with critical milestones and deadlines.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and risks to optimise project performance.
  • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and paving the way for future opportunities.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of project teams to ensure successful project delivery.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Manufacturing or Engineering
  • Degree or HNC in Engineering discipline preferred
  • Project Management certificate desirable
  • Experience controlling project budgets, developing project cost forecasts, and creating project schedules.


Location: Oldham
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £44k - £58.5k (negotiable - dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Full Time - 0745am-1630pm (Mon-Thurs) and 0745am-1245pm (Fri)
Benefits: 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays. Company pension 4% employer and 5% employee contribution (9% combined), Death in Service x 3, Cycle to Work scheme, Sick pay after qualifying period.
