An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience team leader/ Supervisor to join one of the biggest leading manufacturing companies in the UK. The organisation is seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to their team, enhancing production capabilities and ensuring high-quality output across products and training.
Hours-
- Days- Monday to Thursday 7am till 4pm Early finish on Friday
Pay- £13.86 to £14.53
This role would suit someone with a strong back ground supervising a team and will have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and evaluate KPI's and to ensure they are in line with organisational requirements
- Plan, co-ordinate and supervise the timely receipt and dispatch of goods to our customers, ensuring on time and in full.
- Use the internal systems to create reports and train new staff members
