Hydro Systems is a leading provider of tooling, ground support solutions and bespoke equipment primarily to the aerospace industry.

Following a deal with the world’s largest manufacturer of aero engines, Hydro required a recruitment supplier who would be able to provide specialist engineers, often at short-notice, to cope with increased workloads and tight deadlines.

By developing an excellent relationship with Hydro Systems’ human resources and engineering management team, Employment Solutions has supported the company’s delivery on this contract, supplying more than 30 staff on both a permanent and contract basis over the past three and a half years.
