Employment Solutions opened its doors on the 10th of September 2001, so our anniversary is always easy to remember. Neil Davies, Chris Gallagher, Ian Pilkington and Dave Christie jumped into a new venture alongside their mentor at First Logistics and Employment Solutions was formed.
In 2003, rekindling their working relationship from Kinetic, Carolyn Frodsham was appointed, and the old team was back together again. This has formed a longstanding and formidable partnership that continues today.
In 2007, Ian, Neil and Carolyn formed an MBO and bought First Logistics Ltd. As part of the MBO First Logistics' driving division and its manager, Mark Tickle Joined the ranks, they would stay with us until 2020. Neil, Carolyn and Ian also went on to form a great relationship with Bill and Wendy Armstrong, who headed up a very successful steel erection company.
There are so many people that have made Employment Solutions the business we are today. Including many talented individuals who have established themselves as recruitment leaders within their own right and a large number who are still with us today.
As we start a new chapter while retaining the same values that helped us become the business we are today, we would like to thank everyone who has worked with us along the way, staff, clients, and candidates.
