Meet Jacob, our Senior Recruitment Consultant within the White-Collar Division, bringing over 9 years of expertise to the table. Jacob’s journey began in Scientific Recruitment as a Quality Specialist, before making his mark at Employment Solutions and diving into the Engineering & Manufacturing sectors. Hailing from Bolton, just down the road from our Bury office, he’s become a local expert in his field.

Jacob plays a crucial role as our go-to specialist for QA/QC, HSE, and Supply Chain – areas that are essential to many of our clients across industries like Defence, Nuclear, Aerospace, Automotive, Machinery Build, Structural Steel, Chemicals, and Energy, just to name a few. His passion for the technical side of recruitment is evident, as he’s constantly learning from engineers and experts across different fields. Plus, the commission is a nice bonus!

Outside of his recruitment role, Jacob is a film buff, guitarist, and fitness enthusiast.
