Mark Dorey

Mark Dorey is the manager of the Technical Recruitment team at Employment Solutions. He joined the business in 2018, specialising  in White Collar Engineering and Manufacturing roles across the UK.

He started his career back in 2008 at Kinetic Technical, now known as Kintec, as a specialist recruiter in the Oil and Gas industry.

Mark is responsible for running the full recruitment process, from initial identification of prospect companies, through to creating and developing on relationships, candidate sourcing and matching candidates and the clients together making sure both technical and personal goals fit for both parties.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find Mark at the gym, at the Eithad stadium, or spending time with his family in the park, as long as the weather allows!
