Neil Davies

Neil Davies is one of the founders of Employment Solutions, having established the business in 2001. Serving as a director of the company, he specialises in the recruitment of both contract and permanent candidates, with a focus on sourcing talented, forward-thinking professionals for some of the largest engineering, manufacturing, and technology companies in the UK.

He began his career as a recruitment consultant for Kinetic plc in 1995, learning the fundamentals of efficient, service-based recruitment and working closely with Carolyn Frodsham, who has since joined Neil at Employment Solutions as part of a leadership team that is delivering the best client and candidate retention levels in the North West.

Neil has led major recruitment campaigns for some of the largest blue-chip companies and SMEs in the UK, ensuring businesses have grown and developed their employees for more than 25 years. He is involved at all levels of the business—working with candidates, clients, sales, services, and payroll—to ensure that Employment Solutions delivers the best service possible.

His career has been dedicated to people and relationship-building, with a focus on honest communication skills as the foundation of any successful recruitment campaign. Neil believes that a growing, healthy engineering and manufacturing sector is the bedrock of the entire UK economy and is committed to supporting this through expert recruitment services.

Outside of work, Neil’s life revolves around his family, football, and exercise.
