Samantha Worsh is a highly experienced recruitment consultant at Employment Solutions. She has been with the business since April 2013, working to deliver the very best results for our clients while providing continuous, honest communication along the way.
She has been working in the recruitment field since 2006, beginning with a commercial and industrial-focused role at HC Recruitment, now known as Paragon Meed. She made the switch to engineering recruitment in 2010, and has become one of our most skilled delivery consultants, delivering recruitment services for both blue and white-collar roles.
The main focus of Samantha’s role is sourcing candidates and making sure they match well to the current live vacancies we have. Her passion comes from ensuring that both candidates and clients have an excellent experience from start to finish, relying on strong communication on all sides to deliver a smooth process.
With many companies experiencing skills shortages and finding it hard to source the right candidates, Samantha strives to support employers in taking an open-minded approach when interviewing applicants, helping them realise that sometimes the very best candidates can be found when you are not expecting to get the finished article straight away.
Outside of her role at Employment Solutions, Samantha enjoys walking her husky, Ghost, and socialising with friends and family. She also makes regular contributions to cancer research.
