Zoe is one of our blue-collar Recruitment Consultants at Employment Solutions and has been with the company since late 2021. Zoe plays a key role in our work finding talented, forward-thinking candidates for some of the UK’s best-known engineering, manufacturing and technology companies.
Hailing from Darwen, Zoe began her recruitment career as a trainee recruitment consultant working within industrial recruitment and has years of experience in generating her own business and providing direct support for clients and candidates.
At Employment Solutions, Zoe’s role involves working with clients within the engineering and manufacturing sectors to address their staffing needs and to help talented professionals find their next roles. Zoe works to match candidates’ skill sets with the most relevant vacancies and generates new business to help companies with recruitment and staffing.
Zoe is dedicated to helping clients to address skills gaps and assisting job seekers to secure better roles, with improved pay, hours and working environments, and pays close attention to finding the right cultural fit. Zoe believes the key to professional success is honesty, making sure that the right expectations are set by providing frank advice that clients can be confident in.
Outside of her role at Employment Solutions, Zoe’s hobbies include horse riding, socialising with family and friends, meeting new people and trying new experiences. Zoe is also involved in regular fundraising for Cancer Research UK.
