We are seeking an experienced shop floor supervisor to join a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves supervising a team of up to 4 shop floor staff.

This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in an engineering or manufacturing background, with a strong understanding of metalworking techniques. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of following technical instructions while maintaining a safe and organised workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision of workshop staff in the metal forming and press brake area
• Make sure all KPI's are met
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including wearing protective gear.

Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, this role offers a comprehensive on-the-job training, working hours Monday to Thursday 6am till 2.30pm and Friday 6am till 1pm. Overtime is available. Starting hourly rate of £14 to £15 per hour
