This role is on a continental shift pattern, working 2days2night in a family feel, collaborative culture. The role is integral to production, ensuring equipment reliability, troubleshooting faults, and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Working in a dynamic, high speed production environment - this role offers the engineering challenge to stimulate and excite.

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with strong electrical skills and a good understanding of mechanical systems. Candidates with a background in a fast-paced maintenance environment are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fault finding, planned, and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication with production teams regarding maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.
• Accurately document maintenance work and stock usage for audit readiness.
