I am currently recruiting for a established engineering business that has a long and successful track record here in the North West. Working across the construction sector and specialising in the secondary steel industry. My client work on a variety schemes from Hospitals, Apartments and Industrial projects. To continue their successful growth they need to recruit Project Manager to the already successful team.
Covering the North West you will be responsible for delivering the ongoing and new projects. There will be multiple projects to manager across the construction sector clients they operate with.
Location: North West England
Position: Project Manager
Package: £45,000 to £50,000 + Company Van
The role will involve-
- Traveling around the northwest going to different sites
- Dealing with site managers
- Managing labourer steel erectors across multiple sites
- Programme labour resources to cover sites.
- Produce RAMS prior to commencement on site.
To be considered for the role candidates need-
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- CSCS Gold Card or Equivalent
- Track record in site supervision and project delivery
- Strong communication skills with multiple stake holders
