We are seeking a technical operative with FLT to join a dynamic team in an industrial environment. The client is based in Bury and are a leader in the industry for chemical treatments on large engineering projects.
This role is ideal for someone with a technical background with FLT Counterbalance. It would suit someone who enjoys hands-on work, keen to work in a demanding yet rewarding setting. If you have an FLT license and are looking for a challenging role with the opportunity for overtime, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing stock for the next stage
- Goods in and goods out
- Palletizing the metal parts
- Monitor and maintain equipment
- Complete daily reports
- Assist with routine maintenance and facility upkeep
- Operate equipment and deal with chemical solutions
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, this role offers a comprehensive on-the-job training, working hours Monday to Friday 8am till 4.30pm
Salary £11.44 rising to £12.21, lots of overtime available
