After previous redundancy from my role within the media industry, I saw an opening here at Employment Solutions for an Admin Manager, and I jumped at the opportunity. Having a wealth of experience in various areas, I relished the challenge of working in an entirely new industry. As the Systems and Administration Manager, my primary responsibilities are to ensure the smooth running of the Admin Department as well as overall responsibility for the software systems we use, CRM, Analytics, Job boards and everything in-between. Things move fast in this industry, and you have to be able to adapt to new technology which is my strength and has helped me to progress in the company. We have a great team of talented people working here at Employment Solutions, and we work in a fantastic environment. I joined Employment Solutions as I admired the recruitment formula they had in place and the fact that they cared about their employees.
